I love bread pudding and this recipe, thanks to the wonderful whiskey caramel sauce, has become one of my favorites. I used chocolate chips instead of the raisins, and they worked quite well, giving a nice hit of chocolate in almost every bite. I would advise anyone trying this to be quite careful when making the caramel whiskey sauce since it can go wrong fairly easily. In my case, it was from not carefully following the instructions. The recipe is definitely worth the effort, though.

Bread pudding is such a classic dish that is really making a much-needed comeback! This bread pudding is extra unique because of the whiskey caramel sauce. I would recommend adding in some carraway seeds to the bread mixture. These seeds are traditionally added to Irish Soda Bread and add tons of flavor despite their small size!

I'm salivating just reading this recipe. The best bread pudding I ever had was at Raglan Road in Disney World. It came served with cream and a caramel sauce. I thought I'd never taste anything so good and here is a recipe for it! Even better that it you can substitute chocolate chips for the raisins! My kids will eat it like that for sure.

"Erin Go Bragh" this Irish Bread Pudding with Whiskey Caramel Sauce is truly an Irish Blessing. I was a little intimidated by the recipe at first, but just reading it made my mouth water, so I decided to cast my cares to the wind and go for it. I am so glad I did. There is no way to describe how delicious this bread pudding is. The recipe is easy to follow and understand. I suggest you go for it.
