Jalebi Recipe
"Jalebi is a traditional Indian dessert made from fermentated batter. It is one of most popular dessert in festival season, wedding reception and morning breakfast. To fermentate yoghurt is mix with all purpose flour and a thick batter is made using little water. This batter then kept in a warm place for overnight to fermentate. Next morning whisk the batter to make smooth free flowing. And added in a piping bottle or sauce bottle. It is then fried in light hot oil in spiral shape till crisp golden. Soak in light sugar syrup and serve "
