Lemon Baked Donuts

- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 3 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Heavy Cream
- 4 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Preheat the oven to 425F. Lightly grease a silicone or regular donut pan and set aside.
