My favorite flavor around this time of the year is lemon! And since I love anything with cream cheese, these bars look heavenly to me! If you didn't want to make your own graham cracker crust (it is very easy if you do), buy a premade graham cracker pie crust and make a lemon cheesecake that you cut into slices instead of bars. That works just as well!
