Lemon meringue pie in an ice cream? Are you serious? How do you get the meringue taste to be so authentic? I bet my grandma and grandpa would like this idea. My grandma always made fresh meringue pies on the weekends. Sometimes chocolate meringue, and sometimes it would be coconut meringue. Lemon was always on the list.
