Mango Italian Ice
A simple, light dessert, Mango Italian Ice is a fun and refreshing treat. The recipe involves putting chunks of mango, lime juice, lime zest, and sugar syrup into the blender. I love a good Italian ice dessert. I can't use the mango due to a food allergy. Is there something else I can use to make this dessert instead? I like lemon a lot, but we could go with peach or apple or cherry even. I bet this is a great summer treat on a hot day.

This looks really yummy. I would have to try it with a different fruit, though. Perhaps raspberries?
