This has got to be the most unique and surprising "fudge" recipes that I have ever seen! I was wondering where I might find the milk powder in my supermarket, as I don't believe I have ever used this ingredient before. Since it doesn't use chocolate chips like a traditional fudge, I can imagine that is much lower in fat and calories as well. A great way to delight your guests with something a little out of the ordinary!

Mexican Orange Fudge sounds interesting. I have never had orange fudge and was wondering if it may be a chocolate fudge with orange as those go well together. But this is a genuine all orange fudge. I would love to try this. Im looking forward to tasting this. I can imagine it tasting very good.
