Mini Chocolate Raspberry Tartlets
This is the perfect pastry for a quick and easy dessert. In no time, you’ll have tasty treats the whole party can enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 3-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 30 Fillo Factory Mini Fillo Shells
- 30 raspberries
Instructions
- In small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter; let cool 15 minutes. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in melted chocolate mixture.
- Beat in marshmallow cream. In another small bowl, combine cream with powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into chocolate mixture.
- Pipe into fillo shells; top each with a raspberry. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 4 hours.
