You said no bake pumpkin and cheesecake, and I was ready to go to the store to get the ingredients. Does everyone love this dessert when you make it? My hubby is not big on the pumpkin stuff, but he loves pumpkin pie and will eat the heck out of it. I think he might like this parfait. He loves cheesecake and I love pumpkin, so I think it is a good dessert for the both of us. I might make it for date night.
