Patriotic Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bark is a delicious treat that everyone is sure to love. The dough in the center is egg-less and tastes like a peanut butter cookie. The crunchy outside is made from melted white chocolate, and has red, white, and blue sprinkles on top. There is no need to turn on your oven for this recipe - everything can be chilled in the refrigerator throughout the baking process. Way to go. My daughter loves cookie dough recipes, so this bark is going to be a no-brainer for her Christmas goodie box. I know it has a patriotic theme, but I bet this could work with a red and green sprinkle to make it festive for the holidays, right?

Finally! A no-bake, eggless peanut butter cookie dough recipe that is to die for! These are so tasty and so easy to make. The melted white chocolate adds a nice tough but feel free to use dark, milk, or even colored chocolate, too! I want to try and experiment by using other nut butters like cashew and almond and see if they taste just as great as the peanut butter!
