Was babysitting my little niece the other day, and making these Peanut Butter Nutella Pretzel Bites was the perfect way to keep her entertained and spend some fun time with her. These are so easy and fun to make and eat. She was absolutely delighted that she "baked". We managed to get most of them into the refrigerator for Mommy to take home when she came to pick her up, but some of them got eaten as we went along.

I really like this! It's like little mini-dessert triple decker sandwiches. I can see making a batch of these for a group meeting. I know kids would like them, but I'm sure adults would find these very appealing as well. It's a nice combination of tastes and textures and I know these will all be quickly gobbled up.
