These Red, White, and Blue Velvet Cupcakes are absolutely adorable, and perfect for a patriotic celebration like the 4th of July. My family loves red velvet cake so I know they will enjoy these yummy treats. The only change I am making is I am leaving off the Skittles America Mix , and just using strawberries and blueberries.
