"I created these Rocky Road Melon Dessert Skewers because I love the idea of dessert on a stick, but wanted to make something a little different. Make these no bake, easy and quick Rocky Road Melon Dessert Skewers for your next summer BBQ, sports wind up or potluck. The dessert kabobs are made with only 5 ingredients: 2 bite brownies, cantaloupe, pecans, butterscotch chips and marshmallows and a little shortening to thin out the melted butterscotch chips! You can substitute another melon for cantaloupe, if you desire. They are quick to throw together (only 15 minutes) and Kids love them!"
