There isn't a much more classic dish than apple cobbler, right? I remember my grandma making this while me and my grandpa went to church on Sundays. We would come home to the house smelling like apples and cinnamon. Then, we would have to finish up the seven course meal they always fixed and wait until Sunday evening to eat the cobbler before church that night. I like it hot the best.
