There's something about those spicy, sugary, boozy flavors that just works. And yes, I may have made twice as much spiked caramel as this recipe calls for to pour over ice cream, and dip apples in, and eat with a spoon"

2 packages spiced cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 ounce spiced rum
6 ounces white chocolate chips
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 ounce spiced rum

Oh, they have spiced rum in the blondies? Nice addition to a tasty caramel treat. I think that the rum will go very nicely with the caramel flavor. I know I am ready to make a batch and find out for myself. This sounds so divine right now with the white chocolate chips and all.
