Vegan Chia Chocolate Pudding
"Here is a delicious chia chocolate pudding recipe that is completely egg-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and raw. It's suitable for people who follow vegan or paleo diet. The recipe requires only four main ingredients: coconut milk, cocoa or cacao powder, chia seeds and sweetener of your choice (I like using maple syrup). Here's a bonus idea: you can make coconut whipped cream topping for your chocolate pudding. You need just some coconut fat from full fact coconut milk that has chilled in the refrigerator and some sweetener of your choice. Optionally, you can add some vanilla extract."

This dairy free chocolate pudding is perfect for that dinner guests whose a vegan or family member who is also vegan. It's very simple to whip up because it takes very little time and energy. I don't know how it tastes but you can sweeten it using some natural ones like honey or maple syrup.
