Vegan Matcha Pistachio Truffles
"Here’s another delicious recipe that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day. These yummy matcha truffles are raw, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and paleo-friendly. They are made with some of my favorite healthy ingredients: matcha powder, pistachios, coconut, dark chocolate and cashew butter. However, the recipe is very flexible and it can be adjusted to your liking (or, to the preferences of the person with whom you are going to share these treats). You can use any type of nuts or nut butter. You can replace the nuts with desiccated coconut or vice versa. Also, you can use white chocolate instead of dark chocolate. It’s up to you!"
