Smoky Chipotle Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup cooking water
- 1 cup finely ground sesame seeds
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
- 1 teaspoon adobe sauce

Place all ingredients except parsley and paprika in a food processor or a blender. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl, garnish with a little more olive oil if desired. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and smoked paprika. Enjoy!
