Flu Fighter
"3 cups of Original Jin+Ja 1 cinnamon stick 1 teaspoon of honey ¼ tsp cloves ½ tbsp. turmeric Directions 1. Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Once boiling reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes. 3. Pour tea through a strainer and drink while warm. Jin+Ja is a deliciously powerful blend of ginger, green tea, cayenne pepper & mint. This is definitely worth trying, but I think it's missing one crucial ingredient. In order to reach maximum effectiveness, I feel like you need to be listening to some classic Dave Grohl tunes as you make this. Flu Fighters paired with Foo Fighters might bolster any immune system even more.
