Homemade Aperol Spritz
"Aperol Spritzers are very popular right now. So, we came up with our own version. There aren’t as many flavors in ours as in the store bought version. But, we think it’s cleaner with more potent flavors. Salty things are great choice to serve with this drink. Serve it with pickles, potato chips, olives and salty meats such as Prosciutto. Because this is an Italian drink, Prosecco is generally used. But, there are other options. Other sparkling wines to use: *Champagne *Cremant de Loire *Cava *American Sparkling "
