"This spicy yaki udon is an easy dish, and one that you are going to need to keep in the rotation on the reg. Pick your favorite vegetable and your favorite meat and toss it in here. Leftover meat? Perfect. This might be my favorite quick and easy dinner of ALL my quick and easy dinners. Plus, this sauce. We eat this sauce on grilled chicken wings too, and I need all the excuses to slather it on more things."

This sounds similar to my favorites Japanese noodles from Noodles Company! Great to know that I can make it at home!
