Stir Fried Salmon
"Stir fried salmon with ginger and lemon, served with green veg. I hadn't stir fried fish before, perhaps with the exception of monkfish which is sturdy enough to survive brutal tossing about in a wok. I was a bit worried that my nice bit of salmon would disintegrate. Below's how to do it – just leave the fish alone in the wok for a while, then turn and that’s it. Ginger, lemon and I just threw some green veg in."

What would life be without stir fry, I wonder. And salmon is probably the perfect fish to use in a wok because it cooks really quickly and does not like to be over cooked (which is hard to do in a wok, anyway!) I love the idea of delicious fresh, stir fryed salmon simply served with fresh greens, simply tossed in the wok until slightly cooked and still crunchy. YUMMM!
