"This healthy dinner idea is packed with protein and flavor. An excellent meal to add into your rotation. One bite and you'll add it to the rotation week after week! This meal is absolutely perfect and filling enough for a good weeknight meal. It's made healthy with my secret ingredient (coconut oil) and it's just too good to keep to myself. - Creole seasoning, to taste
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cups Normandy-Style vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, yellow carrots)
