    Salmon Patties

    Ingredients

    • 1 can salmon, drained well
    • small amount minced onion
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (maybe a bit more)

    Instructions

    Break up salmon with fork and mix with other ingredients. Shape into patties. Fry in about a Tbsp. of oil over med. heat. Fry about five minutes on each side.
