Anolon 11-Piece Nouvelle Copper Luxe Cookware Set

Anolon's Nouvelle Copper Luxe Cookware line is one of the most prestigious Anolon has ever manufactured! The pots and pans are made with a hard-anodized construction with an extremely durable nonstick coating. The 11-Piece Set includes all the pieces your kitchen could need, from an 8.5" French Skillet to an 8-Quart Covered Stockpot. 



The construction of the pots and pans is what really sets them apart. Five layers make up the build of each pan. A stainless steel base ensures the cookware can be used on an induction cooktop. Additionally, two layers of aluminum and a layer of copper help to create an ideal cooking surface with even heat distribution. The quality of the materials is obvious by sight alone, but after you start cooking with them, you will quickly see how superior materials make for a much better pan. 



The interiors are finished with a wonderful nonstick coating. Not only is it PFOA-free, but it is also metal-utensil safe. This is huge since most nice pieces of cookware come with a caveat not to use any metal with them. These pans allow you to whisk and stir without worry of damaging the coating. 



Each piece of cookware is meant for a distinct purpose. The six pieces of cookware come with four matching, stainless steel lids. The two pieces I have found most handy are the 3-Quart Sauté and the 1.5-Quart Saucepan. 



The handles on each piece are dual-riveted so they are extremely sturdy and durable. They are also hollow so they don't add more weight to the pans. The stainless steel matches the lids and completes the refined look of the pan set. The lids have similar, curved handles that are easy to grab thanks to the shape of their design.
