The Motamayez Burger Press has a simple and effective design. The press shapes perfect hamburger patties in just seconds. The patties will be uniform in size and shape, allowing them to cook more evenly.
The press is just two pieces and can be used right out of the box. Simply place a ball of ground beef on the bottom of the press and push down with the top. It will even out the meat and create grilling indents. I love the grill marks because you can give your burgers the grilled appearance without actually cooking them on the grill.
The press itself is made from aluminum. Although the material has nonstick properties, I recommend spraying a little nonstick cooking oil on the press before using it to make ensure the patties come off with ease. The handle is made from wood and adds to the overall aesthetic of the press.
