My son and I love coconut. I think I would like to make this ice cream. It does seem very simple. I'm very intrigued to see how it tastes. I also think I might like to try deep frying it. A lot of new things to try but if you don't try it how will you know if you like it or not? I think fried ice cream is from Thai origin and coconut ice cream is Thai so it figures that it could go together. I'm definitely going to try it. I will come back and post a picture!
