    Ingredients

    • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 3/4 cup dark corn syrup
    • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup pecans, chopped
    • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
    • 1 cup heavy or whipping cream, whipped
    • pecan halves, for garnish

    Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, beat with mixer at high speed the cream cheese, corn syrup and brown sugar until smooth.
       
    2. With mixer at medium speed, beat in milk and vanilla until blended.
       
    3. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust.
       
    4. Freeze 6 hours or until firm. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.

    That is right, no butter, but it is a wonderful recipe. Made it tonight for desert and we all ate it before it froze. Will make again. Tasted a bit like butter pecan ice cream that is why it is called butter pecan pie!!!
