These jelly roll pancakes remind me of the Austrian Palacinkas that my neighbor makes for me whenever I go over there for breakfast. She also fills hers with jam. So, so good. I'll need to make these as well. I LOVE the idea of filling with Nutella. Perhaps, adding some banana slices to that as well. YUM!

This one is definitely a winner!!! There are so many different 'fillings' you can do. Have a brunch get-together.....put the pancakes out and a bunch of different 'fillings' and let everyone have fun!
