- 1 1/2 pound Center Cut Salmon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 tablespoons Stone Ground Mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
