"Have you made jo jos before? If you haven't, you should and I have just the grilled jo jo recipe for you! These potatoes are tasty and a great grill side dish! So, we do start this off on the stove top just to get a little bit of softness, but then we move it to the grill so that we can get that crispy, charred, grill taste that we love. Add in some oil and seasonings and we really have a beautiful grilled side dish."

I love the flavor combination of these Grilled Jo Jos. I also love how easy they are to make and how versatile they are. You can serve them as a side dish for dinner, or with ketchup on the side on game day. Wait...game day in the Summer? Of course not, but you can easily bake these in the oven in Winter. I preheated the oven to 400 degrees, placed the Jo Jos on a rimmed cookie sheet and baked them for about twenty minutes.
