Heatwave Hamburgers
This is one of the more unusual hamburger grilling recipes we've seen. It has a Vietnamese spin on it, using nuoc mam, a type of fish sauce. It may sound strange, but when you take your first bite, you'll find they're really good!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 4 tablespoons garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons nuoc mam
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes
- 2 dried ground tabasco peppers
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form into 10 patties.
- Grill over a hickory wood fire until desired doneness.
