Smoked Pork Shoulder

Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork shoulder cut into 4 separate pieces
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- For the Marinade:
- 1 cup beer
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Mix all marinade ingredients together, cover the meat and marinade it for at least 24 hours up to 72 hours.

Then place in smoker on 225 degrees F and smoke for 3.5 to 4 hours.

Mix apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and brush the meat every 45 minutes while in smoker.
