Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut lengthwise
- For the Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon red wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Wooden skewers soaked in water

Mix all marinade ingredients together. Massage chicken with marinade and let it marinade for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Meanwhile, soak skewers in water for 20 minutes.

Skew the chicken and grill it on preheated grill to medium high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the chicken cooked thru.

Serve with extra teriyaki sauce for dipping.
