Oh! My! Goodness! This Tomato Goat Cheese Galette is so delicious that our entire family of 6 voted to have it again next weekend! We added a little chopped garlic and chili fresh from the garden (the children just LOVE doing that. Lol!) and some of use added a dusting of finely grated parmigiano over the top of our serving. With a crunchy, fresh green salad it was more than delicious. Enjoy!
