Thank you for posting this quick, simple recipe for a nice light evening meal. I'm more of a fan of snow peas rather than regular peas, and I think I'd use those instead. I've had spinach pasta made in the shape of wagon wheels before, and I might track some down to use with this recipe. I think a bit of chopped tomato as a garnish would also be a tasty addition.
