Pesto is possibly the easiest thing on the planet to make (except perhaps tea or coffee) and so we always have home made pesto available. The ricotta, sour cream and parmesan combine to made a very delicious sauce that ratchets this meal up by several notches. It is a great family meal and economical too so definitely to be strongly recommended.
