Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells
This recipe for Chicken Parmesan Stuffed Shells takes a twist on the classic Italian dish. Rather than serving a breaded chicken breast over a bed of pasta, this chicken Parmesan recipe chops up the breaded chicken breast into cubes before stuffing them into pasta shells and placing them into a casserole dish. The stuffed shells are then covered in pasta sauce and cheese and baked to perfection. This is great meal to make for family dinner or bring to a potluck. Reinvent a favorite dish with this fun and playful recipe.

I've had (and loved) stuffed shells many times before, but this is the first time I've ever come across a chicken stuffed shell. It's always been a beef and cheese mixture or just cheese. This sounds wonderful and looks absolutely delicious. I like the fact that the recipe has everything being made from scratch, though I'd probably cheat a little bit and use a jar of Prego sauce so there's one less thing to worry about. Looking forward to trying this!

Not a quick fix food. But, it is completely made from scratch. It gives a prep time of 30 minutes. Unless you are speedy, give yourself more time to put it all together. It's an OK dish. I would rather do the chicken Parmesan separate from the pasta, but it is not bad. My husband loves it. So does my daughter.
