This is one of THE BEST pasta dishes ever! We had never eaten a lemon flavored pasta dish and all I can say is YUMMMMM!!! The flavors are subtle but delicious and I simply can not wait to serve it to my vegetarian friends because I just know they are going to LOVE IT just as much as wek did. It is super easy to make and so delicious that you just HAVE to make it!

Because we are a family of 6 (which always means large quantities required, lol) I added some shredded leftover chicken to the dish. Chicken and lemon are great together so it worked really well. The sauce is creamy and flavors are delicious. It is really simple to make too so works perfectly for a mid week family dinner after a work day.
