Lemon Shrimp One Pot Pasta
Twenty minutes and one pot are all you need for this Lemon Shrimp One Pot Pasta. Summertime can be hectic with swim meets, tennis camp, and days at the park clogging up your schedule. When you get home, you don't always have the energy for a gourmet meal that causes a big mess and bigger clean up afterwards. With lemon, shrimp, asparagus, and pasta this is a definite winner for every busy family this summer. Fresh ingredients make for a healthy meal, and the best part is that this pasta reheats beautifully. Make it when you have an empty window during the day, and come dinnertime have a delicious meal ready for any mouth you have to feed.

Yes, hubby and I love lemons and shrimp. I will have this make this recipe multiple times this summer. I will be replacing the vegatable notice in the recipe with broccoli.

I was hooked at "lemon" and "shrimp." I'll have to add the ingredients to my shopping list.
