Olive Garden Baked Parmesan Shrimp Recipe
"I love Olive Garden Baked Parmesan Shrimp and I am slowly getting over my fear of cooking with fish so I decided to tackle this copycat baked shrimp recipe . Olive Garden Baked Parmesan Shrimp is basically a Shrimp Scampi recipe. Shrimp Scampi, normally is not naked so the Baked Parmesan Shrimp is a little twist on a classic recipe. That it is a delicious Olive Garden copycat recipe is a BIG bonus!"

I really love the combination of flavors in this dish, with the shrimp, heavy cream, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. I don't seem to have good luck with the pre shredded parmesan, when adding that to a sauce, as it tends to clump, so I would grate it myself to avoid any of that anti - caking stuff that is in the bagged stuff. I'm not sure why there has to be so many steps here though, taking the stuff from saucepan to casserole dish, back to a different saucepan again, and then into a new casserole dish. It seems the process could be simplified a bit, done in just a casserole dish with par cooked pasta or something. I will have to experiment. Great flavors and very colorful, though!
