Easy-To-Make Vegan Apple Pie
"Here’s another autumn classic recipe – the apple pie. This pie is a little different – it’s much more simple, but delicious nevertheless. The recipe is completely gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan, and requires only a few ingredients. The crust is made with vegetable oil, but I recommend using some light-tasting oil. Olive oil, for example, has a relatively strong flavor to my taste, so I wouldn’t use it for this recipe. I used rice flour to make my crust gluten-free, but you can use any flour you like. For sweetener, I used combination of sugar and maple syrup, but you can use any sweetener of your choice. The quantity depends on your preference and on the sweetness of your apples."
