Green Pizza Crust
"Whether you use kale, spinach, collard greens, or zucchini the addition of veggies gives us peace of mind. For my pizza crust flour, I use a mix of Bisquick and 00 Flour. To it, I add oil and a warm puree of vegetables. Spices are sometimes added according to the type of pizza that is in the making. This includes Italian Seasoning, cumin seeds, red chili powder, oil, ajwain seeds, etc. I knead the dough to be very soft versus hard. Soft enough to stretch with my hands and not have to use a rolling pin. The authentic way! The best part about this dough is that it needs about 5-10 minutes to rest and you can begin making the pizza ASAP!"
