"We love a good taco Tuesday (my fish tacos are a favorite right now)! And of course, we can’t get enough of homemade pizza. But when we can’t decide between the two of them, these taco pizza roll ups are perfect! Not to mention, they are so fast! My schedule is crazy in the evening so I need quick meals. These rolls are just a matter of fill, roll, and bake. You can even take them on the go! Really, these yummy rolls are a no-brainer and perfect addition to your dinner rotation. "

To make these taco pizza rolls, start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees.

Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it lightly with cooking spray. Set it aside.

Place your skillet over medium heat and add in the ground beef.
