I love pork and am always looking for new ways to cook them because they be quite boring. This is such a nice recipe. I would definitely like to try it as I'm definitely a busy mom! I would eat this with some rice and more sauce over the rice.

I'm not a busy Mom anymore, but who doesn't love a delicious, quick and easy Pork Chop dinner. The pork chops are tender and juicy, and the worcestershire sauce adds a great subtle layer of flavor. I like serving these over egg noodles because of all that delicious "soup". Combined with a fresh green salad, this is a dinner worthy of savoring.

You know...in all my years of cooking, I've never used Worcestershire sauce and have no clue what it tastes like or what it's purpose really is. Pork and mushroom soup are amazing together. I generally bake pork chops in the oven smothered in mushroom soup, so they can absorb all of that deliciousness. Although I'm somewhat hesitant, I just may try it with the Worcestershire sauce...and see what I've been missing.
