"This Pork Chop and Mushroom recipe with Beer Gravy is simple enough for a weeknight family meal and special enough to serve if you have company coming over. Cooking pork chops can be tricky. What you want are moist pork chops. Tender pork chops that just melt in your mouth are the best! If you are not careful, though, what you will get is dry, tough, shoe leather that no one wants to eat. That just will not do! The trick, I have found is to cook pork chops in a flavorful liquid to help them maintain their moisture. The bonus here is that the liquid also adds a bit of flavor to the meat."
