We grilled ours under the broiler as we did not feel like barbecueing. I also rubbed a little olive oil and crushed fresh garlic on both sides of the pork chops before covering them in barbecue rub. With a lovely green salad picked fresh from the garden they were good to eat and we will probably try them on the barbecue soon.

Pork chops are yummy. I agree that with the bone in they taste a lot better. I prefer pork to lamb. I also find that pork chops can become dry very easily. Cooked on a grill like this I can believe that the moisture is kept in as they are covered as they are cooking. I find that a squeeze of lemon juice once they are done and left to rest for a minute or two afterwards keeps in the juices.
