Cranberry Ham Steak
Ingredients
- 1 ham steak
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 4 tbs brandy
- 4 tbs brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ginger
Instructions
Put all ingredients but the ham in a blender. Mix until smooth. Place ham in a hot skillet, pour sauce over ham, simmer 5 minutes per side or until done. The sauce also goes well with turkey and pork chops, or can be used to baste a baked ham.
