I like schnitzel of any kind and often make chicken schnitzel but I am a big pork fan and much prefer pork schnitzel. The prepared pork schnitzel in this recipe makes it look really good and I realized I haven't made in a while so I'm going to be making some soon. I like to serve it with chips and a nice cracked black pepper sauce.
