Monte Cristo Bites
Monte Cristo Bites are a fun twist on the traditional Monte Cristo sandwich. Turkey and ham slices are stuffed inside a biscuit to form a handy-dandy, portable "bite." This 5-ingredient recipe is simple to whip up and will be complete within half an hour. Monte Cristo bites are great for lunch, and they also do well at brunch. The great thing about them is that they're fancy enough to put on your Easter brunch menu and easy enough to make for a work (or school) lunch.

This is a great idea to make for lunch for a crowd. Easy to make and it will be done in no time. I like the addition of the jam. It adds a nice touch. Thank you for the recipe.

Big Memorial Day holiday weekend coming up. Saturday is the air show at the beach, Sunday is the Indy 500, and Monday is the Memorial Day family bar-b-que. I am hosting the Indy 500 party and these Monte Cristo Bites will be a perfect addition to the menu. They are easy to make, easy to serve and will compliment the other side dishes and dips that I have planned. Yay!

I love Monte Cristo sandwiches, and this mini version is really a nice little treat. I could see making up a batch of these as appetizers or snacks for munching while watching a game. It's easy to prepare a decent number at once which is always a good thing when assembling appetizers. I love how versatile the refrigerated biscuits are.
